All bookings at SN Deluxe Lodge are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early checkouts under any circumstances.
Guests are allowed to reschedule their stay within 6 months from the original booking date without extra charges, subject to room availability. Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 48 hours in advance.
Festival / Peak Season Policy:
During weekends, public holidays, festival periods, and peak seasons, no refunds or date changes are permitted.
This policy helps us maintain affordable pricing while ensuring smooth operations.
